Summer now please?

This the coldest wettest spring we've had in a long time... bleh.  Weather records we've broken this month:

 A RECORD RAINFALL OF 0.96 INCH(ES) WAS SET AT SALEM OR YESTERDAY.
THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 0.81 SET IN 1996.
(This is just south of where we live)
Oh Summer where are you?!

oh, that stinks. you seem to be having similar weather to what we had last year. i was actually glad i was not able to garden last year. up here, most everyone's gardens were hit with late blight and other 'too much rain' maladies.
it rained about 4 days a week and was cloudy the rest of the time so nothing dried out.

i hope things clear up and warm up for you soon!

Summer is here in Pennsylvania!! It is so hot I can't stand it....and the plants don't like it either.

I can tell by the first line that you live in the western part of the country. Everyone is complaining about the cold weather. Here in the northeast we have had unusually hot weather (10-20F over normal).

He's here in GA with 90 degree days in May, no less.

It is summer here! It was 93 today and when I left for tile making class at 6 pm it was still 89 degrees. We have managed to leave the windows open at night and close them during the day and it will be 77 or so degrees inside without AC.

Ah, to have it actually feel warm and be sunny... what's that like? Must be nice Gang! Enjoy your warm weather all. =)
